By confirming booking, you agree to our booking policy.
Booking Policy
By booking a session you agree to adhere to our set rules.
Failure to follow the rules may result in a premises ban.
- No walking into other rooms without permission.
- No smoking inside the building.
- Leave your session on time.
- You break, you pay.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will result in a full refund, but must be done prior to an hour before the session. Cancellations will no longer be available after that, and no refund will be available.
No show = No refund.
If you would like reschedule your session it must be done prior to 1 hour before the session starts. Rescheduling does not result in a refund, just a re-allocated time slot.
